Gregory's great aunt Reba passed away so she left some money for him and his family. All the people in the family had their own ideas to spend the money but their mom thinks they should use it for their house. The builders were working and the sound was very disturbing for their neighbours so they thought of buying a new house. Their new houses estate agent was showing them the house, nobody wanted to shift because they wouldn’t leave their hometown. But a swimming pool in the basement attracted Rodrick, Manny and Greg’s attention so they changed their mind. There were another family which wanted to buy the old house of the Heffely's. But they did not want the hot tub. When the movers came they packed up everything outside but then the person came to take the hot tub but by mistakely threw it in the house. So the family which wanted to shift into this house wouldn’t accept it so they couldn’t buy the new house.
